Step 2: Install a Compatible Player App
Option A: Install from the Amazon Appstore
- From the Fire TV home screen, open search.
- Type the name of the player app.

Amazon’s developer documentation describes Developer options and Apps from Unknown Sources as settings for installing and testing apps that do not come from the Amazon Appstore, so apps installed this way are not delivered through Amazon’s store. Step 3: Enter Your Login Details
